At Hardcore we make it EASY to cancel your membership. Please email us using the contact form HERE. Put “Cancel Membership” as the subject and your full name.
We will reply within the day to verify cancellation. If you do not get a reply then you did not send the email. Resend if that is the case. Monthly dues accrue if you do not cancel, even if your card is declined/cancelled/expired. DO NOT come to us months later and say you cancelled when you did not.
If you cancel on or after your monthly billing due date (5th) there will be NO refunds.
